'Recovering from Childhood Trauma' Course
Part 1: Getting To Grips With Your Recovery

About The Course

This course has been running for over a decade and has consistently proved to be a foundation of a multi-level recovery program.
On the course you will learn about what actually happened to you and your biology as you grew up and how to then use this knowledge to recover. We use a lot of experiential processes including: guided visualisations, written exercises, non-touch body psychotherapy, reading, sharing and more in order to connect you deeply with the key to healing and recovery  - your unhealed past and your still wounded ‘Inner Child’.

Connecting with this part of yourself brings into your conscious awareness the previously hidden issues that are preventing you from leading your fullest life. This enables you to process the past so that it can finally be integrated.
As you go through the process of reclaiming your past you begin to transcend the limitations of that past and so move into a healthier relationship with yourself, other people, the planet and the natural organic flow of life.

During the course you will be exploring and developing a range of experiential healing and recovery skills on each of the following levels :  Body/Emotions/Mind/Relationships/Financial/Self Care/Energetic/Soul.

Who is the Recovering From Your Childhood Course for?
To participate in this course, you will need to be in reasonably good physical condition and willing to face the prospect of transformative change in your life.
You must be ready to actively participate fully in all learning activities including addressing your own childhood, and also be able to allocate time to practice at home experiential techniques designed to heal the emotional, psychological and relational wounds you still carry.

The course is suitable for Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, GP's as well as anyone interested in enhancing their own recovery.

To enhance the recovery potential the course is limited to a small group, usually 6 to 8 participants, and runs for 14 Saturday sessions of 3 hours each
